Born a Highly Sensitive Person, a scientifically identified trait also known as Sensory Processing Sensitivity or High Sensory Intelligence, I have always had extremely high levels of empathy and intuition.

As an Intuitive Empath, I feel your feelings with you. I have always felt the emotional energy of people, animals, The Earth and The Collective. High Sensory Intelligence is considered a Psychic Ability.

I was born in Oakland, CA, a place that shaped me deeply in all the ways that a diverse, urban environment can. I attended public schools and learned from a young age what it means to live responsibly and ethically in a multicultural community.

I believe healing, self-understanding, and personal growth belong to everyone. I am committed to creating an affirming space where people of every identity and lived experience are treated with dignity, curiosity, and compassion. Whether you are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, LGBTQIA+, exploring nontraditional relationships, questioning long-held beliefs, or simply looking for a place where you don't have to explain who you are, you are welcome here.
