HSP Therapeutic Mentorship
Support designed around your sensitivity — not against it.
You experience the world deeply.
You notice subtle changes in people’s voices, expressions, moods, and energy. You may feel what is happening beneath the surface before anyone puts it into words. Beauty, connection, creativity, and spiritual experiences can move you profoundly—but conflict, pressure, noise, and other people’s emotions can also overwhelm your system.
Perhaps you have spent much of your life being told that you are too sensitive, too emotional, too intense, or too easily affected.
You are not too much.
Your sensitivity is a meaningful part of how you experience, understand, and move through the world. HSP Therapeutic Mentorship offers a compassionate place to understand your sensitivity, tend your nervous system, and build a life that supports who you truly are.
What Is HSP Therapeutic Mentorship?
HSP Therapeutic Mentorship is individualized support for Highly Sensitive People and intuitive empaths who want to better understand themselves without being pathologized. My work is Trauma-Informed.
It combines compassionate reflection with practical, embodied, and intuitive support. Rather than beginning with the question, “What is wrong with me?” we become curious about what your experiences may be communicating.
Together, we can explore the patterns, relationships, expectations, and environments affecting your nervous system. We can identify what genuinely supports you and what you may have been forcing yourself to tolerate.
This is not about teaching you to become less sensitive.
It is about helping you develop the self-knowledge, boundaries, discernment, and inner safety to live more fully as the person you already are.
A Different Kind of Support
You may already know many of the strategies you are “supposed” to use.
You may have read the books, taken the courses, journaled, meditated, or tried to create better boundaries. Yet insight alone does not always change what happens when your nervous system senses pressure, conflict, rejection, or the possibility of disappointing someone.
Our work makes room for both understanding and embodiment.
Instead of asking you to override your sensitivity, we listen to it. We explore the wisdom beneath your reactions while also developing practices that help you feel more grounded, discerning, and able to choose your response.
My approach may weave together:
You choose what feels meaningful and appropriate for you. You are always the authority on your own experience.
Healing the Wounds That Taught You to Hide
Many highly sensitive women learned early that their needs, emotions, intuition, or intensity made other people uncomfortable.
You may have learned to become agreeable, useful, quiet, accommodating, or invisible in order to remain connected and safe.
I understand these patterns through the lens of the Witch Wound: the personal, ancestral, and cultural fear of being judged, rejected, punished, or excluded for expressing your intuition, truth, sensitivity, creativity, or power.
Healing does not mean forcing yourself to become visible before you feel ready.
It means tending the parts of you that learned visibility was dangerous—and creating enough safety to decide when, where, and how you want to be seen.
What a Session Is Like
Our sessions are spacious, collaborative, and guided by what is most present for you.
You are welcome to bring a specific concern, relationship, transition, emotional pattern, decision, or recent experience. You may also arrive unsure of what you need and allow the conversation to unfold from there.
Depending on your needs, a session may include:
You will not be pushed to disclose more than feels safe or pressured to move faster than your system is ready to move.
I Honor Your Sensitivity
Let’s begin with a complimentary 15-minute connection call to meet one another, talk about what you are looking for, and explore whether HSP Therapeutic Mentorship feels like the right fit.
Sensitivity, Intuition and Discernment
Highly sensitive and empathic people often receive a tremendous amount of information from their environments.
You may sense another person’s mood before they speak. You may experience a strong bodily response to a room, relationship, or decision. You may receive dreams, intuitive impressions, or spiritual insights that feel meaningful but difficult to explain.
Mentorship can help you become more discerning about these experiences.
We may explore:
What belongs to you and what may belong to someone else
The difference between intuition, fear, and nervous-system activation
How your body communicates yes, no, uncertainty, and overwhelm
How to remain compassionate without taking responsibility for everyone
How to honor spiritual experiences while staying connected to your embodied needs
How to protect your energy without closing your heart
The goal is not to become impermeable. It is to remain connected to yourself while you are connected to others.
What You May Begin to Develop
Throughout work together, you may begin to experience:
More compassion for your nervous system
Greater trust in your perceptions and intuition
Clearer emotional and energetic boundaries
Less guilt about honoring your capacity
Greater awareness of what restores and depletes you
More confidence communicating your needs
Freedom from automatic people-pleasing
More authentic and reciprocal relationships
Permission to rest without proving that you deserve it
A stronger connection to your voice, values, and inner authority
A life structured around your actual needs rather than outside expectations
There is no requirement to become a perfected or permanently regulated version of yourself.
The invitation is to build a relationship with yourself that is more trusting, compassionate, and sustainable.

HSP Therapeutic Mentorship is offered over Zoom, allowing you to meet from the privacy and comfort of your own space.
Session length: 60 minutes
Investment: $222
Format: Individual session
You may begin with one session to explore what you need. If continued support feels right, we can discuss a rhythm that honors both your goals and your capacity.
You Do Not Need to Become Less Sensitive
You may need more space to process.
You may need stronger boundaries around your energy.
You may need relationships that honor your depth.
You may need permission to trust what your body has been telling you.
You may need support that recognizes your sensitivity as part of your wisdom.
Your sensitivity is not standing between you and the life you want.
It may be guiding you toward it.
You May Recognize Yourself Here
You may:
Absorb the emotions and energy of the people around you
Become overwhelmed by conflict, noise, crowds, demands, or sudden changes
Need significant recovery time after socializing
Replay conversations—even enjoyable ones—long after they have ended
Feel deeply affected by criticism, rejection, or disconnection
Struggle to recognize which emotions belong to you
Notice subtleties that other people seem to miss
Feel responsible for keeping everyone around you comfortable
Have difficulty setting boundaries without guilt
Mask your needs or make yourself smaller to belong
Experience intuition without always knowing how to trust it
Feel exhausted from trying to function like someone with a different nervous system
You may understand intellectually that sensitivity is not a weakness while still carrying years of shame about the way you naturally respond.
This is a space where your sensitivity does not need to be defended, minimized, or explained.
What We May Explore Together
Every mentoring relationship is different. Our sessions may include support around:
Nervous-system overwhelm and emotional regulation
Rejection sensitivity and fear of disconnection
Boundaries, capacity, and communicating your needs
People-pleasing, masking, and over-functioning
Emotional and energetic discernment
Relationships, intimacy, and communication
Rest, recovery, and sensory needs
Intuition and empathic awareness
Visibility and fear of being seen
Shame about being sensitive or “too much”
Neurodivergent traits outside of a diagnostic framework
Menopause and changes in sensitivity or capacity
Spiritual identity and intuitive development
The Witch Wound and inherited patterns of self-silencing
Creating work, relationships, and routines that honor your sensitivity
You do not need to arrive with a clearly defined goal. We can begin with whatever feels most present, tender, confusing, or alive for you.
